Hi there! I’m so happy you’re here! My name is Michelle Long and I live in Oregon with my amazing husband and two wonderful children. After years of owning a natural healing center where I developed and led customized wellness programs, I had the unique experience of hearing the life stories of thousands of people just like you. I got to see human beings in the raw—I listened to their struggles, witnessed their anxieties and fears, and heard their stories of pain and overwhelm. I had the honor of supporting people through life challenges and huge transformations. I got to see just how amazing we all are, and, at the same time, how we are hurting.
What I learned is that overall, we live our lives on overdrive. We push ourselves to perfection, overachieve until we are exhausted, and constantly worry about the future. Because of this, our bodies hurt, we are full of stress, and it is hard to sleep.
A Health Expert With Chronic Illness
In 2017, I became very ill. I was at the top of my game, running my business, serving hundreds of clients a day, and finally it became too much. My body broke down. I burned out.
I spent the next three years climbing out of chronic pain, difficult sleep, and constant illness. I realized I had to make some changes in the way I was living if I wanted to feel better.
This meant moving from overwhelm to calm. It meant taking care of myself in a new way and living a simpler life focused on joy and healing.
I have a Master’s degree in Holistic Health Education, I’ve been teaching yoga and stress management since 2002, I’m a mom and a business owner, and I have spent my career developing programs to help people feel better. To fully heal myself meant pulling together all of this knowledge and wisdom to create a personalized treatment program with the power to change my life.
Simple Routines Make A Big Difference
The treatment I designed is a combination of simple and nurturing self-care routines for body and mind, along with a daily dose of CBD. I found that making small shifts in my daily life habits and adding in CBD to enhance my relaxation and healing efforts was a powerful combination that made a profound difference. I began to feel better and find myself again. CBD was the secret sauce.
Today, my career in health and wellness continues. I am now on a mission to help others heal from chronic pain, sleep problems, and ongoing stress.
