We commonly hear the same two questions from new CBD customers. The first question is “which CBD product is right for me?” The next question is “how much CBD should I take?” While there isn’t a one-size-fits all approach to CBD dosage, figuring out where to start is pretty easy.
There are three simple rules to consider when determining CBD dosage. First, start low and go slow. Everyone reacts differently to CBD, so it’s important to start small and treat dosage as a personal experiment where you adjust based on the results. Second, measure your dosage in milligrams of CBD. A low dosage of CBD is less than 20 milligrams, a medium dosage is between 20 and 40 milligrams of CBD, and a high dosage is more than 40 milligrams of CBD. If you’re new to CBD, you should start with a dosage of less than 20 milligrams of CBD. Third, you will need to adjust your CBD dosage frequently. We can develop a tolerance to CBD, so we need to increase our CBD dosage to produce the same effect over time.
